Would you like to see and feel our woods in real life? In our online store, you can order different types of wood free of charge and without obligation for a preview! Select your desired wood samples, send your order – and your individual sample order is on its way. We will be happy to advise you personally and answer all your questions about your project with our Deep Charred Wood.
Delivery times for sample orders: standard delivery approx. 3-7 working days, express delivery within Austria within 24 hours, international max. 2-3 working days.

You can also order our samples in other dimensions on request! We are happy to produce your desired wood samples individually for a small fee. Various lengths and widths are possible. Please let us know which dimensions you require!
Once you have received your samples, we will get back to you within a few days. Our technical experts will then answer all your questions and advise you on the product properties and application areas of the various woods.
Once you have decided on your favorite, we will then discuss the necessary details of your project together. For example, we will determine how many square meters of wood you need, what dimensions and lengths the product should have, which profile processing you prefer and much more.

For large projects: On-site inspection and inventory
For larger hotels, chalets, company buildings, public buildings or complex structures, an on-site inspection of your project is also possible by arrangement! We will visit you personally for an initial assessment and clarify the technical details and framework conditions with you.

Once we have collected all the technical data, we use this information to create a customized offer for you, tailored to your individual project.
Special conditions for major customers
We attach great importance to good, long-term cooperation with our partners. That’s why, as a construction company or private customer, you benefit from the best conditions when ordering larger quantities!
Whether a one-off large order or a long-term partnership with recurring orders – we thank you for your trust with suitable special conditions! We will be happy to discuss the details with you personally.
As soon as you have confirmed the offer, we will start production of your order. The production and delivery time may vary depending on the size of the order, the number of custom-made products and the distance covered for transportation. Depending on the order, however, you can expect an average delivery time of 6 to 10 weeks.
This delivery time is due to the fact that our Deep Charred Wood is a high-quality product and therefore takes a certain amount of time to produce: This is because we apply strict quality criteria as early as the wood procurement stage at the sawmill. Based on these criteria, we select all the woods individually, process them carefully by hand and then carbonize them board by board using our sustainable, traditional deep-charring process.
Finally, we carefully pack the carbonized and refined woods so that they are optimally protected for transport. We use special packaging materials and bubble wrap to prevent transport damage and ensure that our products arrive in perfect condition.
Your delivery will be sent to you by truck after 6-10 weeks. Don’t worry – we will of course let you know in advance when your order will arrive.
We will be happy to organize one of our partner companies for an uncomplicated, fast and safe unloading of your Deep Charred Wood. In Austria, for example, we work together with Maschinenring. Of course, you can also handle the unloading yourself if you wish.
After your delivery, we will check back with you to make sure that everything went smoothly. We look forward to your honest feedback.

Do you have any questions about installation?
Our customers usually commission a carpenter to carry out the subsequent installation. We will provide you with installation instructions and – depending on the type of wood and product – a recommendation for the right Rothoblaas screws during the ordering process. In principle, however, our deep charred wood facades are just as easy to install as conventional wooden facades!

We deliver throughout Europe! We handle most of our projects in the DACH region. However, as the demand for our Deep Charred Wood in modern architecture is increasing worldwide, we now supply customers throughout Europe and occasionally even overseas!

How much time passes between the order confirmation and the delivery of our carbonized woods depends primarily on the size of your order.
As all our woods are individually and carefully processed and carbonized by hand, the delivery time for large orders is naturally somewhat longer than for smaller orders. Special custom-made products according to individual measurements are no problem for us, but also take a little longer. Transport routes also have an influence on the delivery time, especially for orders outside Europe.
On average, you can expect a delivery time of 6-10 weeks for medium to large orders. This is somewhat longer than with other manufacturers. However, we can also guarantee that you will not receive industrial mass-produced goods from us, but only high-quality, handmade products.

Stainless steel wood screws are particularly suitable for mounting our carbonized wood. We recommend the stainless steel screws from the Rothoblaas brand.
Depending on the type of wood and intended use, the following screws from Rothoblaas are ideal for installing our carbonized wood:
For concealed, invisible screw connections and for fastening tongue and groove boards, we recommend the SHS screw from Rothoblaas.
For visible screw connections, we recommend the KKT Color A4 concealed conical head screw from Rothoblaas. The black, grey or brown screw head matches the colour of the carbonized or finished wood surface, is ideal for carbonized or modified wood and also guarantees excellent clamping power.
